Jason & Justin with United Fire delivered exceptional service when we needed it most. We had an urgent issue with our suppression system after hours, and their response was immediate, professional, and incredibly reassuring. Justin arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem with confidence, and explained everything clearly so we understood exactly what was happening. His expertise with suppression systems was obvious — the work was efficient, precise, and handled with the highest level of care. Even though it was an after‑hours call, Justin was courteous, patient, and committed to making sure everything was safe and fully operational before leaving. While Ray was not able to complete the service at this time, he did fulfill what he was able to, based on the information provided (a previous tech misidentified the types of two smokes that needed to be replaced). Ray more than made up for this by finding and replacing a 3rd smoke that went into alarm over the weekend and of course did replace the identified alarm pull station.
