Reviews
It is amazing that each and every year you have sent the best to come and help us out. I would love to have Dan back again. Thank you so much for sending him.
Dave was quick and very nice and great customer service!
She was on top of it !!!!!!!!
They didn't check in at the office, we have several locations here, I thought they would have contacted me at the office before going to the various addresses we have to start work. There were able to gain entry because others were in the building that they were going to, but should have checked in with the contact person at office first. Not sure of prices yet....
Erica was very pleasant, arrived early and was efficient.
Very polite and knowledgeable.

Completed the fire pump service at the client’s site today. During the inspection, I found that the pump was not maintaining proper pressure due to a clogged intake screen and worn-out gaskets. I cleaned the intake screen, replaced the damaged gaskets, and lubricated all moving parts. After running a full performance test, the fire pump is now operating efficiently and meets all required specifications.

Back flow testing
Conducted a flow test on a fire hydrant to ensure adequate water pressure for emergency use. First, I attached a diffuser to the hydrant outlet and used a Pitot gauge to measure the water flow. The static pressure read 65 psi, while the residual pressure dropped to 45 psi during the flow. I also measured the flow rate, which was within acceptable limits for the area. After completing the test, I closed the hydrant slowly to prevent water hammer and documented the results for compliance with NFPA 291 standards. The hydrant is now ready for service.
