United Fire was easy to get a hold of and super communicative. Justin came out to take care of our issue and was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. I was able to ask any question and get knowledge from this experience unlike other vendor interactions.

He was on time and completed required tasks efficiently. He found an issue with our security system that we were unaware of. We appreciate the service that has been provided by United Fire.

great service, the crew showed up next day and took care of everything we needed.

While Ray was not able to complete the service at this time, he did fulfill what he was able to, based on the information provided (a previous tech misidentified the types of two smokes that needed to be replaced). Ray more than made up for this by finding and replacing a 3rd smoke that went into alarm over the weekend and of course did replace the identified alarm pull station.
